There's something the matter with this computer. It freezes up every time you click on something/try to visit another page. And now my sister and her friend are going to eat this gross soup that I made, tried, refrigerated, washed the ooze off of, and ate several weeks ago. Except I didn't wash it or eat it, I just left it in a giant coffee cup in the refrigerator.

Dream where I'm casting a circle with my arms over my head. I don't do it with my arms over my head but I've always done it the same exact way: "hail to the guardians of the watchtower of the north.." I do it out of habit and for protection, or to prevent outside energy from interfering with or diluting..I don't know, the energy I'm using.

The one I'm thinking of now must interfere with free will in some way..but it's like a push. If you're thinking about traveling somewhere but you kind of need a push to get you to actually go..a friend to say they're interested, or a job that takes you there. So I want to provide the push.

I think the law of three is silly. Cause and effect makes sense, but why should it have a greater effect on you than you intended it have to on anything else? Although you're the one that used the energy so it would make sense that it would be drawn to you later, and you're sort of serving as the filter between it and other people/things.

And it's more effective than prayer. Because then you're doing something on your own, and you're capable of it, of course, and while I'm sure asking the gods for help is a great idea they don't want humans to be weak and helpless. It seems stupid that gods would hover around humans and even care to listen to their problems or consider helping them. Is the human race that important? Hmm, well, if the heathens are right they're counting on us to fight in a huge battle that will result in the death of all but two humans. Have to raise strong soldiers. And have to recycle the souls that aren't up to par by sending them out into other bodies and hoping they don't kill themselves again or ruin themselves in some other way.

Fighting a war that is going to end like that seems kind of pointless. I don't know. I guess you just want to kill your enemies so badly that you don't care. Although there's probably more to it than the tension between the gods and giants and each group's allies.

Are the Norse gods the only ones that are so intrusive? I don't think it seems that way just because I like reading about them. The other ones seem confined to mythology, or they stay out of people's lives.
